Personal Integrative Health Consultation Sessions
Dr. Ann will gather information on your health goals and desires, assess your energetics and constitution, examine your current medications and supplement regimens and make individualized, sustainable recommendations based on the Personal Medicine Model.
60 minute sessions are comprehensive
30 minutes sessions provide a basic review
20 minute sessions address a few key issues
