Begin where you are and take one step at a time along your Wellness Path. Your starting point is perfect!  You are exactly where you need to be to get the most out of this Journey of Wellness. The things you will learn and implement will be transformative.  Your health,  your strength, YOUR BEST LIFE is waiting to be Re-Awakened from deep inside you and Experienced.

Ponder these few questions for yourself to assess your readiness:

Am I feeling as STRONG and as VITAL in my body as I want to feel?

WHY do I want to feel HEALTHIER AND HAPPIER?

What would it look like to FEEL MY BEST in 1 year?

What are my 3 MAIN OBSTACLES to getting healthier?

Am I willing to go to bat for myself and UNLOCK MY POTENTIAL?

You can start by examining Your Personal Medicine and going through the 6 pillars seeing what sustainable changes you can slowly make to lead you to feeling better.  Listen to your inner healer telling you YES try this!  Pay attention to the changes and monitor your progress.
